NOT THE BEATLES

“Not The Beatles” are a Beatles tribute band based in West Cornwall. They formed in 1998 after ‘John’ placed an advert in the local press.

Since then, they have played gigs, weddings and parties all around the South West and festivals including Boardmasters and Tunes In The Dunes. We have also played at the world famous Cavern Club in Liverpool as part of International Beatleweek.

We play faithful reproductions of The Beatles’ most popular hits and LP tracks with authentic vintage instruments, fab costumes and dodgy accents.

This is a brand new show coming to The Victoria Inn for 2024 performed by the Kernow Comedy Dining Company.

A themed dining evening featuring characters of two popular sitcoms, Faulty Towers & Allo Allo – “Allo Allo Basil & Co”

Become part of the scenes as Basil, Rene & co serve up mayhem during your parties meal and enjoy an evening of non-stop laughter. A great night out with comedy sketches themed around these classic TV favourites. This will be an interactive comedy experience played out during your dinner.

Pre booking and pre-orders are required for this evening. Small ammendments to the dishes / menu can be made to meet dietary requirements.

“Murder at the Showbiz Party” 7pm start – £40 per person which includes your 3 course meal.
(Preorder needed, groups of 4 or more, dressing up is optional but makes for a better evening).

The party is in full swing and an enjoyable evening is yet again anticipated, but beneath the surface the jealousy and greed associated with Hollywood is about to come bursting to the surface. Blackmail comes to the fore as several of those present see their futures being threatened. Watch and listen carefully as the evening unfolds before your very eyes, and later a body is found!! Question the suspects and see if you can work out who mightbe the murderer, and win yourself a prize!!
